At Grable Store, every piece is handcrafted and prepared for dispatch soon after your order is confirmed. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Cancellation Window — 24 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order, you must intimate us regarding the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or Email:

If we are not intimated within 24 hours of placing the order, the confirmed order will not be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

When contacting us, please share your order number, the name the order was placed under, and the phone number or email used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and approved, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.

Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for your available options after delivery.
