How long does delivery take?

Karachi: 1–2 days. Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days.

Is delivery free?

Yes — delivery is free across Pakistan on orders above Rs 5,000. For smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes. You can pay Cash on Delivery, or pay by card at checkout and get an extra 5% off your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We replace it free of charge. Please send us a photo on WhatsApp (+92 317 2127273) or email info@grablestore.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I return an item?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Does every order come gift-boxed?

Yes — every piece is protectively packed in the Grable signature luxury gift box, ready to give.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Every piece is cut from 100% natural marble or onyx, so veining and colour vary slightly. No two pieces are identical — that's what makes each one unique.

How do I care for marble?

Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Do you take bulk or corporate gifting orders?
