Returns Accepted Within 7 Days

Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition to be accepted.

Return All Packaging Materials

Returns will only be accepted if boxes, inserts, and all packaging materials accompany the return. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a repackaging fee.

Damaged Items

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. After this period, the item will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns.

Returns Outside Pakistan & UAE

At this time, we facilitate returns within Pakistan and the UAE. For orders outside these regions, customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with them.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 20 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
