Free Delivery On All Orders:
We do not charge for deliveries or installation. We appreciate your business and this is our gift to you.

2-7 Business Days in UAE:
We strive to deliver orders within 2-7 business days in UAE. On the rare occasion an order is late, our customer service team will be in contact.

Estimated Delivery Time in Other GCC Countries:
For orders outside the UAE, within the GCC region, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 12 working days.

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Grable Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for the package.

Customs & Duties:
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays with customs or immigration, and customers are responsible for coordinating with their local customs offices for delivery.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you that your item will be delayed. You can either cancel the order or we can help you select an alternate item. For back in stock alerts, please register your email on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Shipping Notification:
Your order & payment confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation email please check your junk folder in your email. If you do not find the notification in your junk folder, it is possible that the email was inputted incorrectly. In this case, kindly contact us and we can update the email address and send out a new order confirmation. Email Us.
